Construction of a steam plant with oil boilers. Production of steam with a distribution of 50% for the process and 50% for the heating of the admnistration buildings.
Supply and treatment of fresh water for the process steam consumption. Water treatment for the portion of fresh water supply and for the condensed and recirculated steam that is used for heating the administration buildings. Two boilers with each a capacity of 50 000 pounds of steam/hour. Central for reducing pression (connection of 100/15 psi). Boiler room (10M$) and administration buildings (6M$).
